Shipping policy
1. ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and a second notification with tracking information when your package has shipped.
During periods of high demand or promotional sales, processing times may be extended by an additional 1–2 business days. If a significant delay is anticipated, we will contact you via email or phone.
2. DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, Washington D.C., and U.S. territories. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Standard Shipping — 5–8 business days — Calculated at checkout
- Expedited Shipping — 3–5 business days — Calculated at checkout
- Express Shipping — 1–2 business days — Calculated at checkout
Delivery estimates begin from the date of shipment, not the date the order was placed.
3. FREE SHIPPING
We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders over $75.00 shipped within the contiguous United States. Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout when the qualifying threshold is met.
4. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
At this time, Casey Products LLC ships exclusively within the United States. We are working to expand our shipping capabilities and hope to offer international delivery in the future. Please check back for updates.
5. SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24–48 hours of shipment.
6. SHIPPING CARRIERS
We partner with trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx to deliver your packages safely and on time. The carrier for your order will be selected based on the shipping method chosen and your delivery location.
7. SHIPPING ADDRESS
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of purchase. Casey Products LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately. We can only modify addresses before the order has been dispatched.
8. P.O. BOXES & APO/FPO/DPO ADDRESSES
We are able to ship to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses via USPS. Please note that expedited and express shipping options may not be available for these address types.
9. LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
Casey Products LLC is not liable for products that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. Once the carrier confirms delivery, the responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.
If your package appears to be lost or was delivered but not received, please contact us within 7 days of the confirmed delivery date. We will work with the carrier to initiate an investigation and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please retain all packaging materials and contact us immediately with photos of the damage so we can file a claim with the carrier.
10. SHIPPING DELAYS
While we strive to meet all estimated delivery dates, certain circumstances may cause delays that are beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Severe weather conditions
- Carrier service disruptions
- Natural disasters
- Holiday peak seasons
- Customs or regulatory inspections
We will do our best to keep you informed of any significant delays affecting your order.
